Welcome to JUNO the bakery.

We believe in generosity, through food and people. Our philosophy is rooted in the deep meaning of traditions, with open eyes for the future and respect for the past. We strive through dedicated teamwork to craft pieces of baked goods which encapsulates our vision of a modern bakery, to hopefully become a memory of not only Copenhagen, but Denmark.

Born in 2017 in the neighbourhood of Østerbro, JUNO the bakery has remained faithful to its artisanal model. The constant quest for flavour and the transmission of exceptional know-how of our craft enables the creation of our baked goods.

Family-run and independent, our company is committed to the highest level of quality with every bread and pastry baked in our bakery throughout the whole day. Our ingredients are sourced from nearby farmers, most working with organic practices, considerate of the biodiversity, whether it be ancient grains or historical apple varieties.

These relationships are building blocks of the company's foundation, enabling us not only to acquire some of the best raw material but also the opportunity of working with people who share the same values.

To understand the process from its very beginning, the fields upon where the grain grows to become our flour, seeds and kernels, to the cows grazing our land to become our butter, milk and cream, is essential and a task we encounter with the greatest of enthusiasm.
