JUNO the bakery ApS' personal data policy
JUNO the bakery ApS (the “Company”) is subject to the Danish Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation, for which reason you are entitled to be informed of the personal data that the Company processes about you and your rights under the regulation.
1. Data controller

2. Personal data, data purpose and lawful processing
It is necessary for the management of our cooperation that The Company processes and stores the following personal data:
▪ Your name, address, email address and phone number
All information is treated confidentially in accordance with the Danish Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.
The Company's authority to process the personal data derives from The Company's legitimate interest in the customer relationship, see. article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, as well as the natural necessity of possessing customer data relating to communicating with you as a contact.
If you enter into a collaboration with The Company, hereunder as a supplier, The Company has a legitimate interest, cf. the General Data Protection Regulation, article 6, subsection 1 (f).
3. Recipients and processors of your personal data
Your personal information may be passed on to our partners and data processors, if the transfer is expedient or necessary for The Company.
Furthermore, if necessary, your information may be passed on to our accountant and auditor.
4. Transfer to a third country
The Company has data processors in the EU and the USA. Accordingly, your personal data may be transferred to a third country as part of our regular procedures.
The Company has ensured that appropriate and suitable safeguards have been implemented to protect your personal data. Either the Company has agreed on the EU Commission's standard clauses with the recipients of your personal data, or similar applicable standard. You can ask The Company for a copy of the agreed provisions.
5. right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection
You are entitled to insight into the personal data The Company has registered about you. If you wish to be granted such insight, The Company will send you an electronic copy of the registered data.
You are entitled to object to any processing of your personal data. You are furthermore entitled to demand the rectification or erasure of any of your personal data as well as the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
In some cases, you are entitled to have your personal data returned or transferred to another data processor.
Under the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), certain specific situations may exclude The Company from the obligation to comply with the above-mentioned rights.

6. Duration of storage of your personal data
The personal data and customers and contact persons will be stored securely for 1 month from the latest order. This is i.a. for the purpose of handling any complaints.
Personal information about partners and suppliers is stored for 5 years after the collaboration has ended. This is i.a. for the purpose of handling any complaints and compliance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
7. Complaints
You may file a complaint against the processing of your personal data. Your complaint may be submitted to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Borgergade 28, 5th floor, 1300 Copenhagen K, Denmark, dt@datatilsynet.dk.
